Preheat oven to 450°F. Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise and clean out the seeds. Place the jalapenos on a sheet tray, open side down. Bake 8 minutes. Carefully remove and flip the jalapenos over to their serving position. Combine all the spices and cream cheese in a bowl, and mix well. Stuff each jalapeno with the cream cheese mixture.
